Search Tips:
A partial entry in either the Business, Contact or Address fields will result in showing
all entries that meet that partial entry - Example: entering in "Stark" in the Address field
will produce all care or services on Stark Street. Both the City & County fields are pull
down lists in which you can put the first letter of the City or County to get there quicker.
Now check the box or boxes of the type of care or service you are seeking. Note: It is NOT necessary to fill in all the blanks. |
