So far - you will find 540 Senior Centers through-out California on this site, where seniors can enjoy the company of like-minded people who are able to recall situations, news items and a way of life - only their generation is familiar with. Many of their peers they know from service clubs, church activities and their own neighborhoods. Senior Centers are also a good place for seniors who have moved closer to their children and need additional socialization. Many of the Centers offer reasonably prized meal programs in-house, others help operate "Meals on Wheels" / Nutrition programs.
